S&P (1928)
Formerly Eisenberg’s, S&P is a NYC institution that’s been at the same location for nearly a century. The old school lunch counter serves up diner classics and comfort food, including their infamous deli sandwiches.

Noir et Blanc (1989)
The French-inspired boutique Noir et Blanc was founded by entrepreneur, small business owner, and Flatiron NoMad Partnership Board Member Deborah Koenigsberger. Shop a curated selection of chic and timeless apparel and accessories.

Hearts of Gold (1994)
Founded by Deborah Koenigsberger, the nonprofit Hearts of Gold supports homeless moms and their kids in New York City. 100% of net proceeds fund the nonprofit’s extensive gifting initiatives to help homeless moms and their kids create positive, sustainable change in their lives.

Shake Shack (2004)
Shake Shack got its start here in Flatiron & NoMad within Madison Square Park. Today, there hundreds of locations in the country and worldwide serving up delicious burgers, hot dogs, crinkle fries, frozen custard, and more.

Memories of New York (1986)
Memories of New York is an emporium dedicated to the Big Apple. Established by Alper Tutus, the store offers iconic souvenirs that pay tribute to NYC, from “I Love NY” t-shirts to snow globes and keychains.

The boutique eyewear store 10/10 Optics was co-founded by Ruth Domber. Independently owned and operated, 10/10 Optics is a leader in the optical industry offering eyewear and optometry expertise.
