Holiday Tree Lighting in Madison Square Park
12/3
4:30 pm – 5:45 pm
Madison Square Park - North Reflecting Pool
On December 24, 1912, Madison Square Park held the first ever public tree lighting in New York City, sparking a trend that has since reverberated throughout the country. In 2024, we continue this tradition with one of our largest trees yet, a 55-foot concolor fir in the Northern Reflecting Pool.
Enjoy this free joyful event with photo ops, baked-goods, and live music performances. Don’t miss out on one of our favorite park nights of the year!
