RFP: Vision Plan for Flatiron & NoMad Major Corridors
The Flatiron NoMad Partnership is seeking a Consultant Team to create a Vision Plan for Flatiron and NoMad’s major corridors. The Plan shall be informed by studying existing conditions of the district’s public realm and land use. The Consultant will engage with Partnership staff and district stakeholders to create the unifying vision and implementation plan for immediate, mid-range, and long-term improvement projects that enhance safety, access, and enjoyment of our unique and evolving mixed-use neighborhoods.
Qualified applicants are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
