As part of the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, The Maze will host the Festival’s first-ever alcohol-free dinner on Saturday, October 17. James Beard Award-winning Chef Jonathon Sawyer will present a multi-course menu inspired by seasonal ingredients, global influences and his signature bold, ingredient-driven cooking, with an elegant dessert course from acclaimed Pastry Chef Gautier Coiffard. Each course will be paired with an inventive zero-proof beverage designed to complement the flavors on the plate. The intimate seated dinner will take place at The Maze, New York City’s alcohol-free members club in Flatiron. Tickets are $275 and include all food, beverages, taxes and ticketing fees.
