This Weekend’s Deals (August 24th – August 25th):

1) Zac will be offering a charming vintage postcard free of charge with every purchase. Zac’s collection is a treasure trove, offering a wide range of items from just $5 to $40. From tableware to glassware, and elegant vintage home decor pieces such as vases, candelabras, artworks, porcelain and bronze figurines, all the way to a fascinating array of smalls and rarities, including 80s table games for the little ones, nostalgic paper ephemera, vintage medical instruments, and so much more could be found at Zac’s booth every weekend at Chelsea Flea. 2) Rakesh Sonker, one of Chelsea Flea’s long-time jewelry vendors who you can find at the market rain or shine, will be offering 25% off all gold-plated jewelry and 15% off all of the sterling silver jewelry.

3) “Lindsey’s Good Things” is a vendor supplying Chelsea Flea with quality handbags and one-of-a-kind costume jewelry, offering 10% off select handbags, including premium labels and ‘Hulken’ bags on Saturday, and 10% off costume jewelry and a $2 treasure bin on Sunday. 5) Hamidou Berete (“Berete Collectible African Art”) will be providing a discount of 15% for miniature bronze animal figurines (the regular price is $15 to $35) and 15% for small healing crystals from Mali and Madagascar (the average price is between $5 to $40, depending on the size of a crystal). The miniature animal figurines known as “goldweights” were originally used in Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire to measure precise amounts of gold, which was the primary currency in the region until the mid-nineteenth century. 7) Rob and Margaret Kelly, our Sunday vendor, will be offering vintage pocketbooks, fabrics, vintage hats, and a large cache of jewelry making supplies, all available at deep discounts. Some of these items will be included as a gift with the purchase of the jewelry, some will be offered separately with enormous discounts, some of the stock jewelry will be offered for half price during the Endless Summer Promo.
