This Halloween, the Flatiron NoMad Partnership will hold a free, special themed walking tour on Sunday, October 30, which will feature spooky stories and scary events that happened in the neighborhood. Meet at 11 am at the tip of the Flatiron Building on 23rd Street just east of Fifth Avenue.
