Chef Sam prepares his neighborhood favorites like Tuna Crudo with Salsa Verde, Duck Crostini or Everything Crisps with Smoked Jalapeno Dip.
Entrée course presents choices of Halibut, Hanger Steak, Duck or Maitake along with a selection of sharable sides.
