Braised Artichokes – herb taralli, lemon

Polpette (meatballs) – tomato, parmigiano, lemon zest

Act 2 

Spread Sampler – Fava Bean Hummus, Spinach Tzatziki, Charred Red Pepper and Walnuts, Whipped Ricotta

Chicken Kebab – roasted peppers, tomatoes, yogurt
