In conjunction with Rose B. Simpson’s Seed on view in Madison Square Park and Inwood Hill Park, this public conversation features  artists Tau Lewis, Julia Phillips, and Rose B. Simpson who will discuss the expansive role of the figuration in contemporary work and anticipate the future of sculptural representation. Eva Respini, Deputy Director and Director of Curatorial Programs at the Vancouver Art Gallery, moderates. Introduced by Brooke Kamin Rapaport, Artistic Director and Martin Friedman Chief Curator, Madison Square Park Conservancy.
