40th India Day Parade

The world’s largest India Day Parade happens right here in New York City. Floats will roll down Madison Avenue, from E. 38th Street to E. 27th Street. Food stands and cultural programs will be set up adjacent to Madison Square Park.
In addition, Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) will attempt two Guinness World record attempts, one for the most Flags flown in an outdoor event and the other for the largest Damru (2 headed drum) ensemble.
