For composer and bassist Pedro Giraudo, presenting the Giraudo Sinfonietta at The Jazz Gallery is more than just a performance; it’s the culmination of a lifelong musical journey. The Jazz Gallery holds a special place in his heart and in the evolution of his music, making these dates a meaningful milestone.
This project represents the moment Giraudo has been working towards his entire career: the seamless fusion of his three deepest musical loves—the visceral energy of tango, the improvisational spirit of jazz, and the lush textures of classical music. For the first time, all these elements converge into a single, cohesive sound, brought to life by his new 10-piece chamber orchestra.
The Giraudo Sinfonietta is comprised of ten truly extraordinary musicians, each a virtuosic and sensitive artist in their own right. Together, they will navigate Giraudo’s intricate compositions, creating an evening of music that is at once powerful, heartfelt, and utterly unique.
Join them for two very special nights on November 28th and 29th.
