About this Event: Take a seat at Eataly’s rooftop restaurant, Amalfi, and discover the art of cocktails from the experts and producers themselves! This cocktail dinner will be led by the producers from Kings Country Distillery whose bottles will be used to craft both classic and inventive drinks. You’ll sip 4 expertly crafted cocktails alongside a 4-course chef-curated meal while learning about the production and story of each spirit directly from the producers themselves.
About the Producer: Kings County Distillery is New York City’s premier craft distillery and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States. Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County has made a name for its Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, Empire Rye and other creative whiskeys. A true “farm-to-glass” distillery focusing on New York State grain and traditional methods, such as open fermentation and pot distilling to create bold, structurally sound whiskey made 100% on site.
About the Guest: With 17+ years in the NYC trenches—from GM and Wine Director to Director of Ops—Charlie brings an operator’s edge to the team at Kings County Distillery. A Houston native with a passion for whiskey culture, he specializes in the structural role of spirits in modern cocktailing. Having built and managed elite bar programs at institutions like Crave Fishbar, Charlie now champions KCD’s award-winning portfolio as the premier choice for NYC beverage directors seeking local spirits with global-caliber performance.
