Meet Chef Sib, the Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Shmackwich, an emerging NYC-based food brand renowned for its mouthwatering Wagyu Chop Cheese.
With over a decade of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Sib has worn every hat in the kitchen. His first Executive Chef role was at Gran Electrica, a restaurant celebrated for its Puebla and Oaxacan regional cuisine. Chef Sib’s culinary journey has taken him across Mexico, where he gained a deep understanding of the local food culture and connected it with his own Afro-Caribbean roots.
Chef Sib’s passion for cuisine goes hand in hand with his commitment to food sustainability, focusing on responsible sourcing and waste reduction.
From June 27th to 29th, Chef Sib takes over our kitchen and brings his culinary expertise to Dinner at Shlomo’s for an unforgettable dining experience.
