A Tavola is a new dinner series from Cecconi’s NoMad, celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Italy, one region at a time. Each season, Executive Chef Luca Capasso welcomes a guest chef from a different corner of Italy for a one-night collaboration, bringing hyper-local flavors and heritage dishes to New York. Join us at the table for an intimate evening of regional storytelling through food.
For its first iteration, Cecconi’s Executive Chef Luca Capasso will collaborate with guest chef Emiliano Di Leginio from Trattoria da Edoardo, in the central Italian region of Lazio for a four-course menu featuring summer truffle agnolotti finished tableside, traditional Roman dishes, and regional specialties.
The four-course menu is priced at $105++ per person, please note that this will be the only menu available that evening.
