Indulge in an exquisite dining experience on Monday, December 4th from 6:30 – 9 pm at Casa Carmen with wines of Monte Xanic paired with a meticulously curated menu.

The four-course dinner includes:

  • Ceviche verde accompanied by Sauvignon Blanc⁠
  • Panuchos Yucateco or Tostada de Pato en Escabeche paired with Rose Grenache ⁠
  • Pavo en Pipian or Enchiladas de Mole accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon⁠
  • Pastel de Elote or Churros paired with guaname rompope or Whisky reves⁠
