Established in 2016 in Greenwich Village by friends Sam and Jordan, Springbone Kitchen serves up wholesome, nutritious meals that taste like they were just made in your home kitchen. “We started Springbone with a small shop a block off of Washington Square Park in the village, and loved being so close to an iconic NYC park. Entering Flatiron, we were so excited to find a space across the street from the amazing Madison Square Park, at the heart of such a dynamic neighborhood for live, work and play,” says founders Sam and Jordan. The restaurant was created by two lifelong friends who for decades have been dedicated to offering delicious food, innovative drinks, and great vibes.
