New Neighbor Roundup: Apotheke NoMad, Aubi Ramsa and Rëzo Salon

Several exciting new businesses have recently opened in the neighborhood. This month’s roundup features a variety of new neighbors, from where to go for craft cocktails to where to get your next haircut. Stay in the know with the latest New Neighbors in Flatiron & NoMad.

Apotheke’s second location in NoMad features a speakeasy-style bar and a newly-opened penthouse lounge with stained-glass windows offering iconic views. Drawing on inspiration from apothecaries, Apotheke’s curated cocktails are created with unique ingredients known for their natural remedies, from dandelion root to gooseberry. Try a signature drink such as Voyage in the Blue, made using blue spirulina-infused gin, blue borage flower, and APO Illuminate Bitters. Apotheke NoMad is open Tuesday through Saturday from 6 pm to 2 am and Sunday from 4 pm to 12 am. Reservations recommended and walk-ins welcomed.

Aubi & Ramsa serves liquor-infused ice cream and sorbet, made in small batches, using quality ingredients. The Miami-based brand, now with a NoMad storefront, offers premium flavors, all with 4.9% alcohol. Bestseller highlights include Key Lime Martini, a sweet & tangy key lime ice cream made with St. George Botanivore Gin, and Agave Dulce de Leche, a dulce de leche ice cream made with Milagro Reposado Tequila.
