Q3 2022 Pedestrian Report: Post-Labor Day Trends and Fall Weather Ushers Increased Foot Traffic

Nearly four million people passed through the heart of Flatiron last quarter, a 19% increase over Q3 2021. Post-Labor Day weekday foot traffic also increased 19% year-over-year, pointing to a steady increase in employees returning to the office.
The Flatiron NoMad Partnership collects pedestrian counts on the Flatiron Public Plazas via three cameras that anonymously tally the number of people passing through. Our latest report summarizes data from July 1 through September 30.
