PBS NYC-ARTS features Fotografiska & Poster House
Last week, PBS viewers were treated to a deep dive on two local cultural institutions: Fotografiska and Poster House were showcased on NYC-ARTS on May 19, 2022. Filmed with Paula Zahn on location at Poster House, the first and only museum in the country dedicated to the impact & design of posters, the NYC-ARTS episode highlights its current exhibition “Experimental Marriage: Women in Early Hollywood.”
From there, host Zahn segues into a spotlight on New York’s new and notable photography museum: Fotografiska. Highlighting the institutions’ stunning architectural past as a unique NYC landmark, the show also allows viewers the opportunity to visit this stunning venue and sneak a peak at some of the renowned photography exhibits and interactive programming on display.
