We maintain, manage, and beautify the Flatiron North and South Public Plazas in agreement with NYC DOT. Marketing activations and film/photo shoots are permitted through the Mayor’s Office via Citywide Event Coordination and Management (CECM), Street Activation Permit Office (SAPO), and Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME).
