Get to Know: L’Adresse NoMad
Meet L’Adresse NoMad, the chic New American restaurant located at 1184 Broadway. Serving up dynamic and thoughtfully crafted dishes, L’Adresse translates to “the address” signifying a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, locals, friends and colleagues to come together for any occasion.
“NoMad is the essence of a modern New York City: vibrant, energetic, stylish, and surprising,” says Amy Nguyen, General Manager. “L’Adresse is proud to be part of this diverse neighborhood that offers the best to its community, from the cultural to the culinary.”
Offering an innovative approach to contemporary American cuisine, L’Adresse serves European-inspired seasonal fare in the heart of NoMad. Led by Brand Chef Rafael de Garate, the robust dinner menu features something for everyone from delicious seafood to mouthwatering burgers. Begin with flavor-rich small bites and appetizers such as the Mini Wellington made with puff pastry, tenderloin, porcini, and vincotto caramel, or Heart of Palm Tartare featuring mango, charred avocado, mustard seeds, and shiso powder. For a main, choose from a variety of dishes including Seared Sea Scallops served with truffle cauliflower purée, hazelnuts, brown butter, and vincotto or a classic Truffle Burger topped with balsamic onions, Gruyere, sriracha aioli, arugula, and shaved truffles on a potato bun. Enjoy your meal in a relaxing ambiance with a live jazz performance every Tuesday and Thursday.
Additionally, L’Adresse offers weekend brunch with breakfast, soups & salads, and burgers & mains. Highlights feature the French Toast with candied bacon, brûléed apples, mascarpone, and maple syrup. For a savory option, try the Shakshuka made with baked eggs, spicy tomato, spinach, and feta. Lighter dishes include a Crispy Kale Salad with crispy red quinoa, asparagus, and an apple glaze or the Borscht, traditional beet soup with beef and crème fraîche. Make your brunch bottomless for $39 per person with specific cocktails available.
Complement your meal with drink selections including classic & signatures cocktails and sparkling, red, white, and rose wines by the glass or bottle. Try the refreshing Sweet Spring made with Tito’s vodka, Carpano Antica, fresh lime juice, strawberry, cucumber, and cane sugar, or the Fever Dreamer featuring Old Overholt Rye, Amaro Montenegro, fresh lemon juice, fresh apple, fresh mint, and Demerara sugar. Save room for dessert and indulge in the Chocolate Envy, a chocolate and almond cake with caramel dark chocolate mousse, gianduja, and feuillatine, or the Panna Cotta made with vegan mango-coconut cream, fresh mango, and toasted coconut chips. Pair with a choice of digestifs.
