Roadwork in Flatiron & NoMad: The NYC Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) plans to resurface streets around Flatiron and NoMad. Milling (removing the top layer of asphalt) will happen overnight followed by repaving and new markings in April. The following blocks being milled and repaved include:
- East 25th Street from Madison Avenue to Lexington Avenue
- East 22nd Street from Broadway to Park Avenue South
- West 21st Street from Fifth Avenue to Sixth Avenue
Street Closures:

West 26th Street between Broadway and Fifth Avenue will be closed from midnight Saturday, April 13th through 10 pm Sunday, April 14th to facilitate crane operation.

West 26th Street between Sixth Avenue and Broadway will be closed from 12:01 am Saturday, April 13th through 10 pm Sunday, April 14th to facilitate crane operation.

Broadway between West 27th Street and West 26th Street will be closed from 12:01 am Saturday, April 13th through 10 pm Sunday, April 14th to facilitate crane operation.
