Meet MALIN+GOETZ, an apothecary-inspired lifestyle brand that offers a head-to-toe skincare and perfumery selection for all genders and skin types, even the most sensitive. The global company was founded in 2004 by Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz who set out to make uncomplicated, essential skincare for all.

Dining Out NYC Webinar Registration

As of March 5th, eligible food establishments can now apply for New York City’s permanent outdoor dining program, Dining Out NYC.

The NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) will be hosting a webinar presentation next Wednesday, March 27th at 11 am to further discuss the application process. Please register in advance here.

Roadwork in Flatiron & NoMad

The NYC Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) plans to resurface streets around Flatiron and NoMad starting as soon as tonight.

Milling (removing the top layer of asphalt) will happen overnight followed by repaving and new markings in April. The following blocks being milled and repaved include:

  • East 25th Street from Madison Avenue to Lexington Avenue
  • East 22nd Street from Broadway to Park Avenue South
  • West 21st Street from Fifth Avenue to Sixth Avenue

 

The Partnership will keep you updated as more information becomes available from NYC DOT.

  • Food Truck: Friday, March 22nd on Fifth Avenue between 21st and 22nd Street from 11 am to 6 pm.

 

Street Closures

  • West 29th Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway will be closed from 7 am to 3 pm Saturdays through March 24th to excavate and install conduit for new major service.
