World class music is coming to Flatiron & NoMad this summer! Attend the first-ever NoMad Jazz Festival on August 9-10 in Madison Square Park. INCOMING FILM SHOOT – JULY 28

The Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment (MOME) has permitted a film shoot on Worth Square (25th Street at Fifth Avenue) from 7AM to 9PM on Monday, July 28. The public seating area at 24th Street & Broadway may also be impacted. Please be aware of increased activity in the area. NYPD will be on-site to assist with traffic management.

• Closed to vehicular traffic (PLEASE MOVE ALL PARKED VEHICLES BY 10 pm SUNDAY, JULY 27)
• Broadway between West 24th and West 25th Streets

Con Edison Work Notice: Through November 28, Fifth Avenue between 20th and 21st Streets will be impacted by gas line upgrades each day. Expect lane closures, limited street parking, and generator noise throughout the project.

Free Walking Tours: Discover the local history of Flatiron & NoMad during a free walking tour! Walking tours happen the first Sunday of every month at 11 am, rain or shine. You’ll meet one of our tour guides at the tip of the Flatiron Building for a 90-minute tour. Learn more.

Link NYC LinkLocal Program: LinkNYC has expanded its free ad offerings for local small businesses. Creative features that were previously only available through the paid LinkLocal Plus tier are now free for all LinkLocal users. LinkNYC has partnered with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to host monthly webinars that help New York City-based organizations learn how to take advantage of the LinkLocal program.

Street Closures:

• East 29th Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South will be closed from 6 am – 3 pm Saturday and Sunday through July 27th to facilitate crane operation.
