Step into the world of Mr. Pink! Join Like A Local Tours every Saturday at 11 am for a 90-minute journey to discover the art installation with special stops along the way.

Winter Glow 2027 seeks artist-driven, conceptually strong installations that transform the Flatiron NoMad district into a walkable, discovery-based art experience.

Open-Grille Security Gates: Local businesses must comply with a long-standing requirement for open-grille security gates by July 1, 2026. Compliant security grilles must provide at least 70% visibility into the storefront. Starting on July 1, 2026, the Department of Buildings (DOB) may fine non-compliant businesses. Learn more.
