Celebrate the magic of the season in the neighborhood with free, festive activations, while supporting our local retailers and restaurants featured in our holiday guides.

Upcoming activations include:

• Tuesday, 12/9 – Sunday, 12/14: Shop at MAISON 10 or tth Vintage Boutique and receive a special Scratch-Off card with local prizes!
• Tuesday, 12/9: Holiday Tree Lighting at Madison Square Park
• Month of December: Snap Photos at our Winter Plaza Frame on the Flatiron North Plaza
• Month of December: Festive Adirondack Outdoor Seating in our Public Spaces

Holiday Tree Lighting at Madison Square Park

Next Tuesday, December 9th, join Flatiron NoMad Partnership for Madison Square Park Conservancy‘s 113th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting! The Festivities begin at 4:30PM with the lighting shortly after 5PM.

Enjoy this free, festive event featuring photo ops and live music performances by the Tin Pan Alley American Popular Music Project.

Whether celebrating big or small, enjoy the holidays with family and friends at local restaurants in Flatiron & NoMad.
