Solar Eclipse Viewing Party
Join Flatiron NoMad Partnership and the Simons Foundation for a Partial Solar Eclipse Viewing Party!
On Monday, April 8th from 12 – 3:30 pm on the Flatiron North Plaza we’ll be hosting an afternoon full of science and family-friendly activities to celebrate this unique phenomenon, including:
- Solar Eclipse Glasses: Limit one pair per person
- The first round of glasses will be distributed at 2:30 pm and the second round at 3 pm. We will not be distributing glasses earlier.
- Solar Viewing Activation
- Lightsound Activation Station
- Solar Eclipse Activity with the National Museum of Mathematics (MoMath)
- Galactic Photobooth
- Snap a Photo! Giveaway
