Q3 Pedestrian Report (July – September)
The Partnership collects pedestrian counts on the Flatiron Public Plazas via three cameras that anonymously tally the number of people passing through. Our latest report summarizes counts from July 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022.
Nearly 4 million visitors passed through the heart of Flatiron last quarter, a 19% increase over Q3 2021. Post-Labor Day weekday foot traffic also increased 19% year-over-year, pointing to a steady increase in employees returning to the office.
