Waste Placement Time Collection: Beginning on April 1, 2023, the NYC Department of Sanitation (DSNY) will implement a new rule to reduce the time that trash, recycling, and curbside composting will sit on sidewalks. Businesses: if using a container with a secure lid, place waste at the curb 1 hour before closing, or if putting bags directly on the curb, place waste out after 8 pm. NYC Employers: Salary Transparency Law is in effect. As of November 1, 2022, all NYC employers with four or more employees and employment agencies of all sizes must state the salary range or rate of pay when advertising a job, promotion, or transfer opportunity. For more information, visit here.

- Street Closures:
- East 26th Street between Lexington and Third Avenue will be closed this Saturday, March 4 from 8 am – 6 pm, and Sunday, March 5 from 9 am – 6 pm for use of knuckle boom to lift steel dunnage.
- West 27th Street between Broadway and Sixth Avenue will be closed from 6 am – 3 pm this Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5 to facilitate crane operation.
- West 29th Street between Broadway and Fifth Avenue will be closed from 8 am – 4 pm this Saturday, March 4 for concrete operations.
- East 30th Street between Madison and Park Avenue will be closed from 5 am – 3 pm this Saturday, March 4 and Sunday, March 5 to facilitate crane operation.
