World class music is coming to Flatiron & NoMad this summer! Attend the first-ever NoMad Jazz Festival on August 9-10 in Madison Square Park. During the week leading up to the festival from August 3-8, celebrate with pop-up performances in our vibrant public spaces and neighborhood venues while enjoying discounts from local businesses.

Link NYC LinkLocal Program: LinkNYC has expanded its free ad offerings for local small businesses. Creative features that were previously only available through the paid LinkLocal Plus tier are now free for all LinkLocal users. LinkNYC has partnered with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to host monthly webinars that help New York City-based organizations learn how to take advantage of the LinkLocal program.

Neighborhood Activations:

  • Got2B: Saturday, July 19th – Sunday, July 20th from 11 am – 6 pm on the Flatiron North Plaza

 

Street Closures:

  • West 21st Street between Seventh Avenue and Sixth Avenue will be closed from 6 am – 6 pm Saturday and Sunday through July 20th to facilitate crane operation.
  • West 22nd Street between Sixth Avenue and Fifth Avenue will be closed from 9 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday through July 18th to excavate and install conduit and vault for new major service.
  • West 22nd Street between Seventh Avenue and Sixth Avenue will be closed from 8 am – 6 pm Saturday and 9 am – 6 pm Sunday through July 20th for use of boom truck to hoist/land/set telecom equipment.
  • East 29th Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South will be closed from 6 am – 3 pm Saturday and Sunday through July 27th to facilitate crane operation.
  • West 29th Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway will be closed from 12:01 am Saturday to 8 pm Sunday through July 20th to facilitate crane operation.
