NYC Funds Finder: From NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), NYC Funds Finder is NYC’s first no-cost online capital marketplace for small business owners. Create your account to find available loan and grant resources, or connect with free one-on-one financing assistance.

DSNY Notice: There will be no trash, curbside composting, or recycling collection in observance of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, January 20. Residents who normally receive Monday trash, curbside composting, or recycling collection may place their material at the curb Monday evening, for collection beginning Tuesday, January 21.

Construction Notice: The NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) announced pedestrian ramp construction will soon begin at various locations in Manhattan and Queens to upgrade ramps to ADA specifications. The anticipated completion of the entire project is September 2026. Location specific advisories will be distributed 72 hours prior to the start of work at each corner. Locations in Flatiron and NoMad include Madison Avenue from East 23rd Street to East 36th Street. Street Closures:

  • West 21st Street between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue will be closed from 7 am to 4 pm Saturday, January 18th and Sunday, January 19th to facilitate crane operation.
