Governor Hochul’s 2026 State of the State Address Features Local Business Owner

On January 13th, Governor Hochul gave her 2026 State of the State Address which provided an overview of 200+ initiatives to support New Yorkers. Present at the Address was Deborah Koenigsberger, owner of the Flatiron & NoMad retailer Noir et Blanc.

“As I shaped our agenda for 2026 and beyond, I kept returning to my conversations with New Yorkers from every corner of the state — people who refuse to back down on their dreams,” said Governor Hochul. “People like Deborah Koenigsberger who owns a clothing boutique in the Flatiron District. […] she’s making it work while leading a nonprofit that supports homeless women and children.”

Artist Call: 2026 seasonal photo frame

Calling all artists! Flatiron NoMad Partnership is looking for innovative and engaging design concepts for our seasonal photo frame installation series.

Selected participants will design and install frames that capture the character of each season and complement the Partnership’s broader seasonal programming.
