In celebration of Hawksmoor Chicago officially opening its doors, we’ve added some Chicago-inspired newness to our bar menu for one week only. 

Our take on the iconic Chicago Beef Roll showcases dry-aged roast rump and it’s served with dipping gravy and lemon and rosemary fries. Be warned, it’s messy. 

And don’t miss our other Windy City classic, the Atomic Sundae, our towering homage to the gravity-defying atomic cake. More is undoubtedly MORE.
